Women In Food & Agriculture

After the success of the inaugural event in 2013, the Women in Food & Agriculture Lunch is a must attend event for women who are working in the Victorian food and fibre industry or who are lovers of food and the land.

The lunch will be held on Thursday 25th September in the Port Phillip Room from 12noon.

Acclaimed Australian Chef, Philippa Sibley, of Prix Fixe, will design an inspired three course menu showcasing the finest local produce from Victorian female producers.

An outstanding panel of five women all linked through their love of food and agriculture will respond to the question “How do women in agriculture increase the demand for local produce?".

Panellists include: Amy Fay, Program Development Manager, Dairy Australia, Tammi Jonas, Jonai Farms, freerange rare breed pig farm, Liz Davenport, fashion designer, Phillippa Grogan, founder Phillippa's and Sue Neales, Rural Reporter The Australian.

Respected ABC Journalist, Virginia Trioli will host proceedings as Master of Ceremonies.
