2014 Tastes of Victoria Pavilion

The Tastes of Victoria Pavilion is a showcase for the RASV Epicure stable of awards.

Highlighting the best producers and medal winners across all award competitions, there is truly something for every food lover.

Beer and cider lovers can try award-winning craft beer from the Australian International Beer Awards or medal-winning ciders from the Royal Melbourne Fine Food Awards to compliment 16-hour smoked brisket by Silver Creek Smokers at the Brew Bar & BBQ.

The ‘pop up’ restaurants this year feature Estelle, Pho Nom and Hammer & Tong offering a sneak peek into their popular eateries.

Renowned dessert studio Burch & Purchese will tempt visitors with a selection of handcrafted chocolates, salted caramels, spreads, ice creams, cakes and desserts across all 12 days of the Royal Melbourne Show at the Dessert Bar.

The new Vine & Dine Bar showcases award-winning Victorian wines from the Royal Melbourne Wine Awards. Tipped to be a Show favourite, the outdoor garden will provide the ideal place for visitors wanting to taste some of the state’s top drops alongside morsels from the Hammer & Tong food truck and Korean pop-up truck, Gogi.

The popular chef demonstration stages and producer classes are informative, entertaining sessions hosted by some of Melbourne and Victoria’s best chefs.

There are more stands than ever before showing the range and breadth of amazing goods this state produces.

The Tastes of Victoria Pavilion experience is not complete without a visit to the popular Royal Melbourne Fine Food Deli, which showcases award-winning coffee, wine, cheese, sausages and more from the winners of the 2013 and 2014 Royal Melbourne Fine Food Awards.
